Welcome to the Westchester Homeowners Association (W.H.O.A.)

WESTCHESTER is a great place to live! Westchester is one of the very few communities in central Ohio that has large lots (averaging 2.05 acres) with lots of mature trees (and lots of wildlife) but also has many public utilities and convenient access to schools, recreation, churches, shopping and restaurants. WESTCHESTER is located in Liberty Township in southern Delaware County, just north of the City of Powell. In 2017, Powell was selected by Money Magazine as one of “The Best Places to Live” in the United States at number 66.

Westchester is located in one of Ohio's best public school systems - the Olentangy Local School District. Rated "Excellent with Distinction" by the Ohio Department of Education. The 2022 US News and World Report ranks Olentangy High School as the #17 high school in the state and #518 in the nation. The 2017 Washington Post in the report, entitled “America’s Most Challenging High Schools” had Olentangy High School was ranked 520th in the nation.
